Professional Fees
Two hour minimum with sensible rates*
Parties will be billed for two hours in advance of the hearing.
$400 per hour for in person hearings.
$375 per hour for entirely zoom hearings.

Administrative Fee
Fewer than Four Parties – No administrative fee
Five parties or more – An administrative fee of $400 will be billed to reserve a date for five or more parties.
Prepayment Policy*
Payment Schedule: Fees are due 10 days before the hearing, whether it is mediation or binding arbitration*.
*Receipt of payment for all fees is required prior to service of an arbitration award.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and fees. Fees are nonrefundable if cancellation is within 3-days before the scheduled hearing.
Ashworth ADR Solutions only accepts payments by check to Mark S. Ashworth, APC.
Mark Ashworth’s agreement to render services is directly with the attorneys.
