Ashworth ADR Solutions provides litigation services. Ashworth ADR serves a targeted audience seeking to resolve disputes outside of court through mediation or arbitration. Arbitration functions similarly to a bench trial but proceeds on a scheduled basis with a mutually agreed-upon arbitrator.
A founding member of Smith & Ashworth, he later established Ashworth, Hayes & Moran, LLP. In 2006, the firm was renamed Ashworth & Ashworth, LLP when his daughter, Carissa Ashworth-Johnson, joined as a partner.
With more than forty years of legal experience, Mr. Ashworth has litigated, mediated, or arbitrated over 3,000 cases, including more than 95 jury trials throughout California. This extensive background informs his approach to Alternative Dispute Resolution, providing parties with practical insight and balanced judgment during mediation and arbitration.
Mr. Ashworth’s ADR experience began in the mid-1980s as an ADR panelist for the California Superior Court and evolved into his private mediation and arbitration practice, Ashworth ADR Solutions, established in 1995. Through Ashworth ADR, he mediates and arbitrates a broad range of matters, with a primary focus on Lemon Law actions, medical malpractice claims, and residential real estate disputes.
