Mark S. Ashworth, a seasoned legal professional, has made a lasting impact in the fields of mediation, arbitration, and litigation. A founding member of Smith & Ashworth, he later established Ashworth, Hayes & Moran, LLP, and in 2006, renamed the firm Ashworth & Ashworth, LLP, when his daughter, Carissa Ashworth-Johnson, joined as a partner. With over three decades of experience, Mr. Ashworth has litigated, mediated, or arbitrated more than 3,000 cases, including over 80 jury trials throughout California . His role as a ADR panelist for the California Superior Court solidified his reputation for achieving a meaningful resolutions which carried through to his private mediations and arbitration matters.
